    Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Edgar Chajon, a native of Chicago, attaches chocks and chains to an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter from Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 78 during flight quarter aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105). Dewey is part of the Sterett-Dewey Surface Action Group and is the third deploying group operating under the command and control construct called 3rd Fleet Forward.
