U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Frederick R. Maiocco Jr., (left) Commanding General, 85th Support Command, thanks girl scouts from Troupe 23121 for helping seat the ceremony attendees, pass out flags, and hand out programs in Norridge, Illinois during a Memorial Day commemoration on May 28, 2017. Maiocco was the keynote speaker at the village’s Memorial Day ceremony. Maiocco spoke about the importance of not only remembering those who had died but to support our Gold Star Families who had lost a loved one in defense of the nation.
