U.S. Army Sgt. Thomas Behar, assigned to 7th Dive Detachment, 84th Engineer Battalion, connects a shackle to the hook of a crane in the Gulf of Tonkin off the coast of northern Vietnam, May 30, 2017. Behar is part of a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) underwater recovery team searching for two aviators who are believed to have crashed in the area during the Vietnam War. The mission of DPAA is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
