The tubboat Tutahaco's interior had to be sealed due to contaminates before the removal near Ormond Beach, Fla. The Tutahaco was deemed a maritime threat to the environment after finding significant amounts of oil, PCBs, lead and asbestos. U.S. Coast Guard photo.
