Brig. Gen. Robin B. Akin, the commanding general of the 3rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), shares a laugh with Lt. Col. Tarpon S. Wiseman, the professor of military science with the University of Louisville Army Reserve Officers Training Corps, during the university’s ROTC dining-in, Nov. 19 at United Auto Workers Post 862 in Louisville, Ky. During the dining-in, Akin also presented branch insignias to 7 graduating cadets, judged table decorations and participated in a cake-cutting ceremony.
