U.S. Coast Guard personnel, identifiable by their dark blue uniforms and caps with 'Coast Guard Washington' insignia, are unloading cardboard boxes from a Budget rental truck. They are working alongside civilians, including a woman in a red top and jeans, in what appears to be a community service or disaster relief supply distribution effort. The scene takes place in a parking lot during daylight hours.

Coast Guard Station Washington Executive Officer, Lt. Michael Bell, left, and Mechanic 2nd Class Chris Hudson, move a box of food from a delivery truck into a vehicle at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. JBAB partnered with the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps Henry E. Mooberry Division and Project Giveback, a D.C. based food charity that helps feed needy families to ensure military families began the winter holiday season with joy. Large boxes, stuffed with a week’s worth of food were distributed before Thanksgiving to 125 National Capital Region military families.
