Five recruits joining the Air Force Reserve recited the oath of the enlistment at the world’s largest Latte Stone, the Latte of Freedom monument, Hagatna, Guam, April 29, 2017. The Latte of Freedom is a giant latte stone standing at 80 feet tall with walls 14 feet thick overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The Latte Stones were used by the ancient Chamorros for the foundation of their homes. The 624th RSG is the largest Air Force Reserve presence in the Pacific and has four units located on Hickam Field, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and two units on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
