U.S. Marine Cpl. James Hulse, an infantryman with Marine Rotational Force Europe 17.1, hurls a tree log during the Viking Challenge, May 24 at Rena Leir, Norway. The log toss was part of an annual competition held by the Norwegian Telemark Battalion. The Marines were invited by the unit after working together during Exercise Joint Viking in February.
