Lenny Richoux, 18th Air Force vice commander, offers advice to new Air Force commissionees during the Saint Louis University Air Force ROTC Detachment 207 commissioning ceremony in St. Louis May 20, 2017. As the ceremony's guest speaker, Richoux talked to the cadets about what their lives as Air Force officers would be like and offered advice on how to succeed. Air Force ROTC is a leadership training program that prepares young men and women to become Air Force officers while earning a bachelors degree.
