– Airmen 1st Class Da’Jah DeFreitas, 285th Civil Engineer Squadron, Virgin Islands Air Guard uses the Topcom Total Station to outline the area for a helipad as part of a training exercise for Vigilant Guard 17-03, May 18, 2017.
