Sgt. Robert Rosa, the noncommissioned officer in charge of the railhead team for the 66th Transportation Company, observes the placement of an M-149A2 water buffalo while it gets loaded onto a railcar at the Baumholder railhead Nov. 10. More than 30 deployment support soldiers from the 66th Trans. Company conducted final inspections for all the equipment prior to uploading at the railhead.
