Christopher Burkhart, deputy commander with The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Lakes and River Nashville, presents certificates of appreciation to Sharon Osborne and Stephanie Fisther, descendants of Revolutionary War veteran Samuel Howard during a reinterment ceremony on May 12, 2017 at Resthaven Cemetery in Baxter, Kentucky.
