Army's 2nd Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, B Co 489th Civil Affairs Branch and 303rd PSYOP Company evacuate role players for a non-combatant evacuation operation from Fort Irwin to Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., via a CH47 Chinook helicopter flown by Combat Aviation Brigade's 1st Armored Division, May 4. The training offers Soldiers to engage in realistic wartime scenarios including implemented explosive devices, firearms, a simulated embassy and dignitaries, foreign nationals and Americans in need of evacuation as well as armed insurgents. The brought the evacuees to MCLB Barstow as part of the simulated process.
