Dr. Zyad Tariq Al Doori, assistant dean of veterinary medicine at the University of Tikrit, gives a class at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Nov. 8, 2010. During the class, Iraqi scholars showed local farmers techniques to more effectively care for livestock and new fish farms purchased with micro-grants provided by the Provincial Reconstruction Team in collaboration with 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 25th Infantry Division.
