U.S. Navy Capt. Thomas M. Negus, commodore of Operation Continuing Promise 2010, presents a plaque to U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Joseph Cabell, United Nations stabilization mission in Haiti, during a tour aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima, Nov. 8, 2010.
