Spc. Gregoria Herrera, Defense Medical Readiness Training Institute, attempts to self-rescue during the rappel masters certification course, Nov. 5, at Camp Bullis, Texas. Individuals attending the five day rappel course learn 13 different knots, how to self rescue if stuck and descend down the wall and free side safely. "My first jump was very difficult; I was extremely nervous," Spc. Herrera said, "after that it got easier and easier."
