Boatswain's Mate Seaman P.J. Buggs, from Philadelphia, loosens a mooring line from a bitt on the fantail of the Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The Sailors heaved the line as the ship prepared to commence its 2017 patrol.
