Sgt. 1st Class Rex Fortner's wife, A'ndrea, of Austin, Texas,and his two daughters, four-year-old Saara and three-year-old Raychel, blow him kisses as they say good-bye with his parents, Rex and Susan Fortner of Florence, Kentucky, during a video teleconference link-up with Fort Hood, Texas Nov. 27. Fortner was able to talk to his family after his reenlistment and promotion ceremony on his daughter Raychel's third birthday.
