Viesturs Masulis, Air Surveillance Squadron commander, Latvian Air Force, and the Latvian Air Force chaplain at Lielvarde Air Base, Latvia, May 12. The brief at Lielvarde covers Task Force Phoenix's presence in the Baltics, missions, and relationships with Baltic nations.
