    U.S. Army Lt. Col. Derrick Kooker, a medical provider with the Wyoming National Guard assigned to Beyond the Horizon 2017, checks the blood pressure of a patient during a medical readiness event held at Macal River Park in San Ignacio, Belize May 8, 2017.
