U.S. Army Maj. John McArthur, Bamyan Embedded Training Team, Cahmard District team chief, 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, and a Williamsburg, N.C., resident, lowers the American flag at Romero Base here Oct. 30. The ETT has worked alongside the New Zealand Army during their deployment at Romero Base. The New Zealand members will remain and become part of the new task force.
