A water rescue operation is underway, showing what appears to be a Coast Guard training exercise or actual rescue scenario. A swimmer in a black wetsuit and red life vest is in open water, connected by a yellow tow line to a rescuer on shore or a vessel. Personnel on an inflatable rescue boat (RIB) are assisting while a person in a red Coast Guard life vest manages the tow line.
