A UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter flies along the coastline of the Philippines during an aviation familiarization flight for Balikatan 2017 near Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija, May 7, 2017. The familiarization flights increase the ability of both the Philippine and U.S. military to shift from a traditional security role to a disaster response role to mitigate the consequences of crises that threaten public safety and health.
