Members of the non-profit organization Rolling Thunder Chapter NC-5 take up an entire section of bleachers at the 24th commemoration of the Beirut Memorial Observance Ceremony, Oct. 23. Rolling Thunder educates the public on prisoner of war and missing in action issues, but on this special day they were there to honor those who lost their lives and support the families they left behind.
