    170428-N-NT795-188 SAN DIEGO (April 28, 2016) Vice Adm. Luke McCollum, Chief of Navy Reserve, underway onboard a 34-foot sea ark patrol boat with Capt. Joaquin Martinez, Commander, Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 1 and Lt. Cmdr. Brandon Luedke, officer in charge of High Value Escort Unit, during a visit at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. CRS 1 is participating in final evaluation problem (FEP) conducted by Coastal Riverine Group One (CRG 1) Training and Evaluation Unit. CRG is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset protection and maritime security operations in coastal and inland waterways. McCollum became the 14th Chief of Navy Reserve in September 2016. As Chief of Navy Reserve, he leads approximately 60,000 Reserve Component personnel who support the Navy, Marine Corps and joint force.
