Competitors in the 2017 state-level Best Warrior Competition run during the last leg of a three mile road march that comprised part of the mystery event March 23 at Fort Indiantown Gap. After a pre-dawn land navigation course, the Soldiers found out their mystery task was to march three miles, mostly uphill, received a situation report, and marched to the next event to give the report.
