FORT STEWART, Ga., April 26, 2017 – U.S. Army Lt. Col. John Till, the State Safety Director of the Parachute Operations Mishap Preventative Orientation Course, instructs a group of participants on the safety guidelines of a UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter. Till serves as the primary safety adviser of the POMPOC exercise.
