The image shows a construction or training facility built from stacked intermodal shipping containers arranged in various configurations, including a prominent arch/gate structure. The site appears to be under active development, situated on red dirt terrain in an open, arid landscape. The facility likely serves as a military or law enforcement training complex, commonly known as a 'shoot house' or urban operations training site.
