Dewayne Keel, the 94th command sergeant major, mark the completion of the Tactical Training Base Training Area 239 ribbon cutting ceremony by cutting the ribbon draped across one of the 42 South East Asia – Huts built on the site Oct. 21. The 1st En. Bde. commissioned the 94th En. Bn. to construct the TTB November 2009 but building was delayed due to severe weather setbacks.
