Dailey, 15th Command Sergeant Major of the U.S. Army, paid a visit to Joint Multinational Readiness Center's world-class OPFOR (opposing forces), Infantry Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, while they compete among companies for Best Squad in the Hohenfels Training Area, Germany April 20.
