Soldiers of the 390th Engineer Battalion, Navy Seabees, and the 1223rd Horizontal Company initiate engineering operations during Resolute Castle 2017 at the Joint National Training Center in Cincu, Romania, April 18, 2017. Engineering projects such as Operations and Storage Buildings further the ability of NATO Forces to deter aggression by enemies who are opposition to the alliance in Eastern Europe.
