Soldiers of the 390th Engineer Battalion, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion, and the 1223rd Horizontal Company construct a Non-Standard Live-Fire Range, which is depicted in the beginning stages of construction, while participating in Resolute Castle 2017 at the Joint National Training Center in Cincu, Romania, April 18, 2017. The Non-Standard Live-Fire Range is to be used as a training site where tank units will hone their maneuvering and targeting skills.
