U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan of Wisconsin listens as U.S. Marine Corps Major Thomas Stona explains the capacity of the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in Norway (MCPP-N), April 18, 2017. Speaker Ryan and members of the House of Representatives, as a part of a congressional delegation, met to facilitate communication and idea sharing between the U.S. and Norway. MCPP-N is a lasting program between these two nations to store equipment forward and provide rapid-response capabilities to a wide range of military operations in support of NATO allies and partners.
