U.S. Army medics from the 127th Area Support Medical Company, based out of Mobile Alabama, stabilize and place a simulated casualty onto a UH-60 Blackhawk during Beyond the Horizon 2017 in Belize on April 13, 2017. A 1st Battalion, 150th Aviation Regiment Blackhawk crew, based out of Trenton, New Jersey, transported the medics and scenario-based casualty. BTH 2017 is a U.S.-Belize partnership exercise designed to improve health and educational facilities as well as provide free health care and healthcare education in the three districts of Cayo, Stann Creek and Belize.
