    1st Lt. Morgan Skinner of 2nd Platoon, 576th Route Clearance Company represented the Army Engineer Regiment at the annual ROKA-US-JPN Trilateral Conference. The conference is intended to develop junior officers, strengthen international relations, and provide an opportunity for all to understand various leadership styles.
