Coast Guard Station Cape Cod Canal tows a deceased Right Whale calf to Sesuit Harbor, in Dennis, Massachusetts, Thursday, April 13, 2017, after the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) spotted the whale during a routine overflight.
