    60th Air Mobility Wing

    Chief Master Sgt. Steve Nichols, 60 Air Mobility Wing command chief and Airman 1st Class Aaron Walker, 22nd Airlift Squadron, teamed up to perform loadmaster duties at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Apr. 7, 2017 as part of the Works with Airmen Program. Walker walked Nichols through the process of a loading a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) onto a C5-M Super Galaxy aircraft. The Works with Airmen program is designed to allow wing leadership the opportunity to shadow junior enlisted Airmen and receive firsthand experience on how the Airman’s duties and responsibilities contribute to the wing’s overall mission.
