PACIFIC OCEAN, Calif. - Cpl. Jacquelynn Santiago, a maintenance management specialist with the Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, rings-up a Marine in the checkout line aboard USS AMERICA, April 7, 2017. Santiago works the register to assist Marines and Sailors with checking out or product questions. With the MEU embarked, the Marines out number the Sailors two to one, and keeping the America Amphibious Ready Group functioning smoothly is no small feat. The Blue-Green team is working together during Amphibious Squadron-Marine Expeditionary Unit Integration ensuring mission accomplishment and unit cohesion, to include running a ship the size of a small city, prior to their upcoming deployment.
