Airman 1st Class Martin Sebastian receives a Certificate of Commendation from Lt. Col. Giuseppe A. Stavale on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, April 7, 2017. Sebastian received the award for assisting in saving the life of a Marine who had been critically injured by a vehicle on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa.
