Master-at-Arms 1st Class Michelle Mitchell and Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Joshua Mcconchie, both assigned to amphibious assault ship USS America’s (LHA 6) Security Department, perform proper handcuffing techniques during a self defense training exercise in the ship’s troop marshalling room.
