Spence joined NHB Sexual Assault Prevention and Response victim advocates and Sailors Against Sexual Harassment and Assault (S.A.S.H.A.) staff members, to add sketches, diagrams and graphics of statistics, information and short narratives concerning sexual assault awareness and prevention on the command's sky bridge between the main hospital, and adjoining parking lots (Official Navy photo by Douglas H Stutz, Naval Hospital Bremerton Public Affairs).
