    The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Munro, a 418-foot Legendary-class National Security Cutter, stands at attention during the beginning of a commissioning ceremony at Pier 91 in Seattle, April 1, 2017.

    The crew are all Munro plank owners, a nautical term for someone who was actively engaged in the construction of a ship and served in the unit once the vessel was commissioned and placed into service.
