A member of the Ghana Immigration Services practices the application of a tourniquet during a Combat Lifesaver Course in Kpetoe, Ghana, March 22, 2017. The training, conducted between Ghanaian Forces and U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Africa, was a part of a 4-week evolution centered on patrolling and cadre development with a focus on practical application. For three consecutive years, SPMAGTF-CR-AF has conducted theater security cooperation missions with The Republic of Ghana.
