Lt. Col. Chris Walls, commander of 3rd Brigade, Great Lakes Training Division, 75th Training Command, provides analysis of the U.S. Army Africa-led exercise, Justified Accord 17, at the Peace and Support Training Center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Mar. 20-24, 2017. Walls, a native of Rockford, Ill., led the after action review briefing of JA17 to show how well participants, broken up into groups, understood the provided information, the practicality of the information, and overall participation during the exercise.
