The Coast Guard’s newest National Security Cutter, Munro, enters Elliott Bay on its way into Seattle Mar. 29, 2017. The Munro, which will be commissioned in Seattle on Saturday, is 418-feet in length, has a top speed in excess of 28 knots and a range of 12,000 nautical miles.
