(March 28, 2017) Retired Chief Warrant Officer 4 Ronald McMiller, the senior naval science instructor at Salem High School, gives a tour of the Navy Junior Reserves Officers Training Corps facility to chief petty officers of the Hampton Roads area. Chief petty officers visited the local high school to mentor cadets as part of the celebrations honoring the birthday of the chief petty officer community.
