SAVANNAH, Ga., March 28, 2017 – Georgia Department of Natural Resources forest rangers load all-terrain vehicles on a Georgia National Guard, 78th Aviation Troop Command, CH-47 helicopter in preparation for a search and rescue operation at Sapelo Island, Ga. The DNR is conducting a search and rescue exercise at Sapelo Island, Ga. in conjunction with the Georgia National Guard during Vigilant Guard 17.
