Brig. Gen. David E. Elwell, 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command commanding general, and Command Sgt. Maj. Grady Blue, 311th ESC command sergeant major, conducted a command-wide readiness training session at the Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base March 1-4. Effective training is the Army’s number one priority during peacetime and training management is the process used by Army leaders to identify training requirements and then plan, resource, execute and evaluate training.
