Lance Cpl. Anthony S. Koulchar, a rifleman for 3rd Squad, 2nd Platoon, Charlie Company, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 1st Marines, detains Lance Cpl. Donall Rowe, posing as a high value individual, during a helicopter raid aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Aug. 25. The company neutralized the enemy threat, detained a high value individual and destroyed a weapons cache during the raid.
