U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Steven Dadd, the 12th Expeditionary Medical Operations Squadron deputy commander, helps local woman to the waiting area to see a physician March 4, 2017, during a NEW HORIZONS 2017 medical readiness training exercise in Azua, Dominican Republic.
